Trying to decide how your baby should be born can be really difficult and confusing. To help you make an informed decision, CANA recommends the Childbirth Connection evidence-based booklet "What every pregnant woman needs to know about caesarean section." We also recommend that you review other online resources dedicated to caesarean and VBAC which have links to useful books and evidence-based research. Who do we link to?
CANA's policy on linking is to only link to evidence-based resources. We do not, as a general rule, link to online forums and chat rooms. However, some of the organisations we list do provide links to a wide range of online resources. Please be aware that not everything you read will be based on evidence. It is always best to do your own research so that you can make informed decisions.
